I'm Michelle Dawson MCMA.

 

As a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of three, I embarked on my menopause journey with little understanding and support. Determined to change that, I immersed myself in studying menopause wellness, natural management, nutrition, counselling, couples therapy, psychology and nutritional advisor, earning qualifications along the way.

 

My passion led me to contribute to a prominent menopause support group and eventually establish my own on Facebook. Recognizing the overlooked mental health aspect of menopause, I pursued counselling qualifications.

 

My mission is to guide women through this transformative time, offering understanding and easing their journey.
